„Sendparcel“ shall analyse a written claim from the customer about the loss, damage of the Consignment, etc. and send a written answer to the address (including email) indicated of the claim maker (customer) no later than within 30 (thirty) working days (except LP EXPRSSS and DHL Global Mail) since the day of receiving a written claim with all the documents necessary for the analysis of the claim and decision-making.

The term of analysing a written claim for LP EXPRESS and DHL Global Mail international shipments may take up to 90 calendar days since the date of receiving a written claim with all the required documents.

The period for processing claims of International Consignments may last up to 6 months from the date of receipt of a written claim with all the documents required for the examination of the claim and decision-making.
