FAQ

Shipping labels will be automatically sent to sender’s e-mail. You can also find these documents for download in section My Orders of your dashboard. Select one order from a list and when its details come up, click on Download Shipping labels.
Labels are sent to sender’s email automatically when the payment for the service has cleared.
All parcels that you send need to have Shipping labels attached. Labels contain information on where the parcel comes from, goes to, which service shall be used and other important order details. Make sure you print these and attach them to your package if you want to avoid any unnecessary delays and possible hassle.
When your shipment is destined to a non-EU country, you will receive a Customs invoice along with the Shipping labels. Print this also and attach it to your package.
If you are not using provided Shipping labels, your parcel may not only get lost but can be sent using other than ordered service and therefore difference between delivery prices may also be payable. Your shipment will then be put on hold until you pay the balance.
