Please note that the value of personal assets is more difficult to prove, thus they are assigned to the group of No compensation items. They may be sent, but at sender’s risk and in case of loss or damage, a claim cannot be filed.
Prohibited shipments are items, goods, materials the carriage of which (import, export, transport) is prohibited by the law (including alcohol and tobacco) of at least one of the States whose territory is being transported; as well as items of high value and items that cannot be repaired, reconstructed and / or replaced by equivalent damage; items designated as prohibited by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) regulatory enactments.
Important: If you are shipping items mentioned in the list of prohibited items, you take full responsibility of paying a fine of 120 EUR.
List of prohibited items:
- aerosols;
- activated and non-activated bank cards
- all items the carriage of which is prohibited by law in the country of origin, transit or destination (e.g. ivory);
- antiques and works of art;
- counterfeit goods infringing intellectual property rights (IPR);
- banderols / tax stickers;
- biological agents, substances and infectious agents;
- commemorative coins or medals, high value collectibles, including (but not limited to) comics or books (first editions), trading cards, stamps, memorabilia;
- counterfeit currency;
- drugs and other illicit goods (including medicinal cannabis, mushrooms);
- dry ice;
- engines, generators and gearboxes or other automotive parts containing fuel/oil;
- explosives and fireworks;
- fire extinguishers;
- firearms, their parts and other military ammunition and imitations thereof, as well as toy firearms and TASER devices;
- all food products (including dried mushrooms);
- other perishable goods;
- gas tanks, compressed gas;
- glass and glass products;
- hazardous waste, including used hypodermic needles, syringes and other medical, organic and industrial waste;
- hazardous and flammable substances (according to IATA requirements);
- human organs, embryos and remains, including ash;
- hunting (animal) trophies, animal parts such as skin, bones, horns, fur, animal remains or Animal-by-Products not intended for human consumption;
- items containing pornographic and other offensive content;
- jewellery and watches (except bijouterie);
- live animals (including mammals, reptiles, fish, birds, amphibians, insects, invertebrates, their organs, embryos and carcasses);
- magnets and other objects containing ferromagnetic materials;
- money (cash, bank and currency notes, coins) money equivalents, credit and prepaid cards, bank checks, blank checks, stocks, bonds, bills of exchange, gift cards, event tickets, lottery tickets, activated SIM cards for mobile telephones;
- oil;
- precious metals, loose precious and semi-precious stones;
- prescribed and non-prescribed medication when shipped outside the European Union (if shipped within the European Union - contact separately);
- empty medication packages, labels and package (information) leaflets;
- psychotropic drugs;
- seat belts;
- self-inflating life jackets;
- single (not fitted) airbags;
- single batteries;
- tobacco, its products, nicotine pouches, electronic cigarettes (including disposable) and tobacco heating systems;
- undeclared, excise duty shipments or goods that require regulatory approval and customs clearance;
- unknown;
- unpackaged or unsafely packed items;
- wet ice (frozen water) and other items that are wet, dripping, or emitting any smell.

Batteries | Batteries can only be shipped embedded in an electronic device. Small electronic devices (mobile phones, cameras, etc.) can only be shipped in their original packaging and only 2 pcs. per shipment. Laptops can only be shipped in their original packaging and only 1 pc. per shipment. When shipping lithium batteries you must indicated this clearly in the description of the parcel's content. However there are exceptions, when shipping to certain countries. Should contact each time individually. We'd like to draw your attention to the fact that when sending shipments to / from European Union, it is necessary to check with the local customs office about the restrictions taking place in a country you're shipping to.
It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure that the items shipped comply with government regulations and laws applicable in all countries to which the shipment travels.
An order for delivery of a shipment containing the above items may be canceled without notice, detained by the Customs and destroyed, and any attempt to conceal dangerous and / or harmful materials or illegal goods may result in the client being prosecuted or imprisoned and may result in substantial fines. The Customer agrees to indemnify the courier companies and Sendparcel.com for any damage, costs and fees that they may incur as a result of the discovery of unauthorized items and the violation of laws or regulations regarding their shipment. Sendparcel and courier companies will not be responsible for or accept any claims for compensation in the event of delay, detention, loss or damage to a prohibited item. All Sendparcel.com services (except Deutsche Post, USPS, Lithuanian Post) involves Standard insurance that enables getting the maximum compensation of 100 EUR per Consignment (not every separate package of it) in case it is lost or damaged during the transportation unless the Additional insurance of the Consignment was bought at the moment of ordering. Standard and Additional shipment insurance does not apply to Deutsche Post, USPS and Lithuanian Post services. In case of package damage/loss, Deutsche Post services with tracking are eligible for compensation of up to 40 EUR (Deutsche Post services without tracking are not eligible for compensation) according to postal regulations. In case of shipment damage/loss, the maximum possible compensation for USPS services is up to 90 EUR. In case of damage/loss of the parcel, compensation of up to 40 EUR is available for signed services of the Lithuanian Post. No compensation is available for Lithuanian Post services with tracking.
Remember, insurance (both standard and additional) is not valid when you send Prohibited and/or No compensation items.
The first step to link your eBay account with Sendpacel is logging in to our website. Then, under the section ‘’Online stores’’ select ‘’Link’’. You’ll be directed to eBay website – enter your login details. Once logged in, click on the button ‘’Agree’’ to give permission for Sendparcel to access necessary information. If your accounts are successfully linked, you’ll be directed back to our website.

The first step to link your Amazon account with Sendpacel is logging in to our website. Under the section ‘’Online stores’’ select ‘’Link’’. Then, select the correct Marketplace from the choices provided and click on the ‘’Authorise a developer’’ button.
You’ll be directed to Amazon website – enter your login details. Once logged in, click on the button ‘’Next’’ and give permission to Sendparcel by ticking the box and clicking on the ‘’Next’’ button again. Furthermore, copy Seller ID and MWS Auth token, paste it to Sendparcel’s website in the fields provided and click on the button ‘’Link’’.

Once accounts are successfully linked, firstly you need to set a permanent sender’s address. This can be done under the section ‘’Orders’’, by clicking on the button ‘’Next’’, which can be found at the top. Then, click on the button ‘’Add address’’, enter correct sender’s address and save it. On top of this, permanent collection and packaging types as well as necessary information for customs can be set.

Information about sold online store items can be found under the section ‘’Orders’’. Next to every order, you’ll see package choosing and empty fields, where you’ll have to enter item’s weight, length, width and height. Once you have done this, click on the button ‘’Next’’, select desired courier service and click ‘’Choose’’. If you wish to add an additional insurance, enter the amount required and click on the button ‘’Choose’’. Then, you’ll be able to see all the details you have entered for every online store order (packaging and couriers pickup date). If the information is correct – click on the button ‘’Add to basket’’.
If you are sending outside EU, you’ll have to enter necessary information for customs (reason of export, sender’s VAT status as well as parcel content’s description). If details are entered correctly, click on the button ‘’Add to basket’’.

From the 24th of December 2020 Trade and Cooperation Agreement between United Kingdom and European Union has been announced. This means that from now on all consignments will require to go through customs formalities and complete a “Customs invoice” section when placing an order.
