The main goal of Sendparcel is to offer the best shipping offers and ensure a smooth delivery service process. For this reason, we always emphasize the importance of providing accurate shipment dimensions and weight when placing an order, properly packing the shipment, and carefully filling out the order form.

Just a few steps and you will be assured that your shipment will reach the recipient anywhere in the world quickly and smoothly.

We offer a wide selection of international couriers, so in the table below we provide detailed information about the surcharges which can be applied to your shipment by the courier, only if the shipment information you have provided when placing an order is inaccurate.

How to ensure that the initial price of the service will not change?
Here are few very important tips which can help you avoid surcharges for your shipment:
- Properly pack the shipment.
- Check the maximum dimensions of the shipment.
- If you are shipping outside the EU, do not forget to evaluate the customs formalities.

In the rare event when the courier applies additional charges to your shipment, we try to inform our customers as soon as possible. However, we only receive this information after the courier has submitted periodic invoices. Only then does such a message reach customers' email inbox. To avoid situations like this, ensure to carefully and accurately fill out the shipping documents.

Fuel fee	The charge is added on top of the carrier's chosen service, or on top of additional courier charges, or may not apply at all.	The fee is constantly changing and can go up or down depending on the carrier you choose and changes in world fuel prices.

Overweight package	The surcharge applies to consignments with a package weight (actual or volumetric) of more than 70 kg. This charge applies to each overweight package in the consignment.	95 Eur*
Oversize package	The surcharge applies to shipments with at least one side of the package longer than 120 cm. This fee applies to each oversized package of the shipment.	50 Eur*
Remote area	The surcharge is automatically applied when placing an order to consignments with a pick-up or delivery address in a distant / difficult to serve area. The system identifies the remote location by the post code provided.	0.50 Eur/kg with min of 21 Eur*
Non-stackable pallet	The surcharge applies to every pallet within a shipment that cannot be stacked, either on request by the shipper, or because of its shape, content, or packaging material. If the packaging has a sign such “do not stack”, the surcharge maybe be applied to the shipment as well.	275 Eur*
Address / contact correction	The surcharge is applied if at the time of delivery it was not possible to find the address specified by the consignee, to call or if delivery of the shipment is required to an address other than that specified at the time of placing the order.	11 Eur
Data entry	The surcharge is applied if the shipment was handed over to the courier earlier than the actual courier’s arrival selected when placing an order or the shipment is handed over to the courier without the shipment documents provided by Sendparcel.	10 Eur
Lithium battery transport fee	The surcharge applies to the following types: lithium ion PI966, lithium metal PI969 The surcharge is applied after receiving information from the carrier.	5 Eur
Dangerous Goods (DG) transport fee	The surcharge is applied after receiving information from the carrier.	Eur 10 for small quantities (up to 1 kg for Express services) Eur 25 - limited quantities (1 - 30 kg for Economy services)
Export declaration for Economy services	The surcharge is automatically applied when placing an order for Economy shipments outside European Union. Shipments to the UK are not subject to this charge.	10 Eur + 3 Eur for each product group
Export declaration for Express services	The surcharge is automatically applied when placing an order for Express shipments with the value of 1000 Euro or higher destined outside European Union.	10 Eur + 5 Eur for each additional product group, if the shipment consists of more than 5 product groups

Special handling of shipments exceeding the specified weight	The surcharge is automatically applied when placing an order for packages in which at least one package or parcel weighs more than 31 kg (but does not reach 68 kg).	18 Eur* per package
Special handling of improperly packed shipments	The surcharge applies to non-standard packages that are not compatible with standard processes and may pose a risk to equipment, personnel and other packages	25 Eur* per package
Remote area	The fee is automatically applied at the time of order placement for parcels with a pick-up or delivery address in a remote/difficult to reach area. The system identifies the remote location by the postcode provided. Check the list of postcodes or locations to see where the premium applies.	Prices vary depending on the group the postcode or location falls into: Group A: 3.10 Eur per parcel Group B: Eur 0,45/kg (minimum Eur 22) Group C: Eur 0,59/kg (minimum Eur 28)
Address / contact correction	The surcharge is applied if at the time of delivery it was not possible to find the address specified by the consignee, to call or if delivery of the shipment is required to an address other than that specified at the time of placing the order.	9 Eur* per shipment
Special handling of cargo	The surcharge applies when the longest side of any part of the load is longer than 157 cm.	55 Eur* for any part of the cargo
Non-stackable pallet	The surcharge applies to any parts of the load that cannot be safely stacked on top of each other. It applies to each part of the shipment, even if the shipment consists of several parts.	200 Eur* for any part of the cargo

Redirection	The surcharge applies when the shipment is forwarded to an address other than the one specified at the time of placing the order.	The charge is the same as shipping price, for example: shipping price is 5 EUR, the additional fee will also be 5 EUR
Reattempt delivery	Failure to contact and / or locate the address provided by the consignee a second and third time will result in a charge for each reattempt delivery.	The charge is the same as shipping price, for example: shipping price is 5 EUR, the additional fee will also be 5 EUR
Exceeds package dimensions	The surcharge applies when the consignment exceeds the standard package dimensions: The standard dimensions of the box are 120 x 80 x 120 cm The standard dimensions of the pallet are 120 x 80 x 170 cm	The charge is the same as shipping price, for example: shipping price is 5 EUR, the additional fee will also be 5 EUR
Courier call	The surcharge is applied when calling a courier to the specified address at the time of placing the order.	1 EUR / 2 EUR
Remote area	The surcharge is automatically applied when placing an order to consignments with a pick-up or delivery address in a distant / difficult to serve area. The system identifies the remote location by the post code provided.	40.55 Eur*
