We offer a range of international courier options, so in the table below you can review the additional fees they may apply. These fees are added to the service price only if the parcel details you provide are inaccurate.

In the rare cases where the selected carrier applies an additional fee to a parcel, we try to inform our customers as early as possible. However, we receive this information only after the carrier submits periodic invoices. Only then can such a message reach the customer’s email inbox. We encourage you to prevent this situation by carefully completing your shipment documents.

Parcels that meet the criteria for additional handling fees based on dimensions will be subject to a minimum billable weight of 18 kg.
If a FedEx parcel is subject to a dimension excess surcharge or additional handling fees based on packaging, and it also meets the criteria for additional handling fees based on dimensions, the minimum billable weight of 18 kg still applies. This means the condition is applied even if additional handling fees based on dimensions are not charged.
