The standard permitted pallet dimensions depend on the selected service and carrier. If the pallet exceeds the standard dimensions, it may still be accepted for shipment, but in such a case additional charges may apply. More information about pallet shipping.
If you are unsure whether your pallet meets the requirements, we recommend contacting customer service by email at [email protected] or by phone at +370 700 35000.
Yes, when shipping pallets, it is important to ensure that the load is stacked properly and secured stably on the pallet. The packages placed on the pallet must be sufficiently strong, and the entire load must be wrapped securely so that it does not shift, get compressed, or topple over during transportation. An improperly prepared pallet may be refused for transport or may be subject to additional charges.
It is also important to note that in some cases pallet collection or delivery may require an additional business day, because special transport may need to be arranged. If the pallet cannot be stacked with another pallet on top, this must be indicated during the order process, as an additional charge may apply for non-stackable pallets.
As pallet transport conditions and requirements may vary depending on the service and the carrier, we always recommend checking the detailed and latest information on the pallet shipping page.
The sender and the recipient must ensure that loading and unloading of the pallet is possible and convenient.
This means that there must be suitable conditions for loading operations at the sender's and recipient's locations, such as access, a ramp, or other necessary equipment.
