To connect your eBay account to your Sendparcel account, first log in to your Sendparcel account. Then, in the Online Stores section, select eBay and click Connect. You will be redirected to the eBay login page, where you will need to sign in to your eBay account and confirm access to information about sold items. Once the accounts are successfully connected, you will be automatically redirected back to the Sendparcel website.

To connect your Amazon account to your Sendparcel account, first log in to your Sendparcel account. Then, in the Online Stores section, select Amazon and click Connect. Choose the Marketplace where you sell and click Grant Access. You will be redirected to the Amazon login page, where you will need to sign in to your account and confirm access. Then copy your Seller ID and MWS Auth Token, paste this information into the corresponding fields in the Sendparcel system, and click Connect.

After successfully connecting your online store to your Sendparcel account, the first thing you need to do is enter the sender's details.
You can do this in the Orders section of the online store - click Next at the top, then choose Add Address, enter the sender's details, and save the changes. In the settings, you can also preselect regular shipment collection and packaging types, as well as provide the information required for customs.

You can find information about sold items in the Orders section of your online store in your account. For each order, you will be able to choose the packaging and enter its details - weight, length, width, and height.
After entering the exact packaging details, click Next, choose the desired courier, and, if needed, select additional insurance. Then review all order details, including the packaging and the courier collection date, and if the information is correct, click Add to Cart.
If the shipment is travelling outside the European Union, you will also need to provide the information required for customs, such as the reason for export, the sender's VAT status, and a description of the shipment contents.
It is important to provide accurate packaging details, as they determine the shipment price, the correct service selection, and smooth delivery.
